OTHER THINGS...
I'm always on the hunt for inspiration. It's usually books that do it for me. While I like a good read - currently the likes of Gabor Maté, Robert Greene and Michael Singer in particular - it's Alan Fletcher's "The Art Of Looking Sideways" that constantly opens up my mind with its eclectic mix of wisdom and stimulation.
One of my main interests and a major passion is dance music...ok, tech house and techno to be more specific...here's Part 1 of a 5.5 hr live broadcast I did in '23 under my Stereophoenix banner: Rise - May '23 And there's plenty more on my Soundcloud page.
I'm obsessed with Japanese craft and design. I love to watch how they work. It's a direct product of people being supported, encouraged and rewarded for getting the best out of themselves and their endeavours every day. This is an excellent source of meditative viewing: www.youtube.com/@aoyamasquare
As for TV series, I found The Sopranos to be one of the best ever made. If I had to pick one for my desert island seclusion it'd be a tough call between that and Anthony Bourdain - Parts Unknown.
And finally, a handful of sites that provide me with inspiration and smiles:
